Alan believes that leaders have a responsibility to help those they lead grow into their God-given potential. That starts with creating a healthy organizational culture where people flourish, God is honored, and good business principles are practiced.
During his thirty-plus years of leadership in financial services technology and non-profit organizations, Alan has been privileged to be mentored by many highly skilled leaders. He counts it a privilege to “pay it forward” to a new generation of leaders.
He takes God’s call to serve the poor, homeless, neglected, and unjustly afflicted seriously. That call leads him to serve on the boards and in other volunteer roles with several local and international ministry organizations.
